SMS Terms & Conditions
These terms cover the text messages JD Power Packs sends and the use of this website. By ticking a text message consent box on our rental inquiry form you agree to them.
1. The messages
- Service messages: replies about your rental inquiry, quotes and delivery scheduling. You receive these only if you tick the service consent box.
- Marketing messages: offers, equipment availability and updates. You receive these only if you tick the marketing consent box, which is separate.
2. Consent is optional
You do not have to agree to text messages to request a quote or to rent equipment from us. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or rental.
3. Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your inquiry or rental. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
4. How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. We will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and nothing more after that. You can also call or email us and ask to be removed.

6. Delivery of messages
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Your information
How we handle your phone number and the rest of your inquiry is set out in our Privacy Policy. We do not share text message opt-in data or consent with third parties.
8. Quotes, availability and specifications
Equipment details, specifications and availability on this website are general information and can change without notice. Nothing on the website is an offer. Rates are quoted per project, and a rental only exists under a written agreement signed by both parties, whose terms prevail over anything on this page. Please confirm with us that a unit suits your load before you rely on it.
9. Use of the website
The website is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from its use or from information on it.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
